Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened/Unused Products: Items that are unopened and in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Installed Products: Installed water filtration systems, parts, or accessories may be returned within 30 days only if they are defective, leaking, or damaged. A replacement product will be provided, or a refund issued upon inspection.

• Non-Returnable Items: Consumables such as used filters cannot be returned unless defective.
   

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at email us to request a return authorization.

2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
    

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
   

Warranty & Support
